I know because it has transformed mine.

From the moment I sat down to learn "Mary Had a Little Lamb" on the piano in seventh grade music class, something clicked in my brain. I had always enjoyed listening to music, but when I discovered that I could create those sounds myself...? Just by pressing some keys? THAT was magical. 

Since then, music has been a lifelong passion.

My relationship with music has always been a path to others. And I truly believe it has the profound capacity to inspire, create meaning and promote a deeper understanding of our lives and the world around us.  It's always there for us. And it’s fun!

I've had an extensive background performing at numerous events and venues throughout my career — including weddings, cocktail hours, restaurants, bars, and churches throughout New York and the Pacific Northwest.

I relocated to Seattle from NYC in 2017. I'm an active teacher, performer, accompanist and church musician and enjoy playing a variety of music styles including jazz, modern, blues, gospel, contemporary classical, and musical theater.

I am classically trained and hold a degree in piano performance from the acclaimed Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Oberlin, Ohio.
