LESSONS

PIANO LESSONS FOR EVERYONE.

Have you ever listened to someone playing piano and thought, "I wonder if I could do that?"

  • Do you want to make music, feel empowered and gain confidence?

  • Maybe you've thought it's too late to learn, or you've told yourself you'll pick it up in a few years when life is a little less busy...

Good news: YOU can play piano!

My goal is to guide students through their own musical discoveries as they become well-rounded musicians. And of course...to have fun!

It's never too late to start learning. Life throws a lot at us. Your capacity to make music can bring purpose, an outlet, agency, and JOY.  I can help you get there.

I always wanted to play an instrument but never got around to putting in the effort. I thought learning as an adult would prove too difficult and time consuming. I met Ryan through a work colleague and found out he was a trained pro and a teacher so inquired about lessons and he agreed to take me as a student.

With Ryan's practical and tailored instruction and positive support in just a few months I am playing songs and reading music at a level I truly didn't see coming. He makes learning fun and also digestible for a most hard-headed person.

I can't thank him enough.

"Ryan Wagner has been our 11 year old daughters piano teacher since Sept 2021. He is an incredibly talented teacher and a very skillful pianist. Ryan comes to our home in Queen Anne once a week and tutorS our daughter on our electric piano.

He brings all his own materials and makes impressive progress week by week. For six months Ryan also tutored our 12 year old son on the piano, and our son also knows how to play the piano now. (Schedule stress brought piano lessons to an end for our son).

Both kids had never played piano before and Ryan single-handedly brought out their talent. I highly recommend Ryan Wagner as a piano teacher. He is an impeccable musician and a pleasure to have at our house."
